The magnets are strong but quite large and sometimes noticeable depending on the shirt. The item list can be a bit confusing when it says two 2.0 inch feet, so two, left and right. All other listings are for the number of stay couples included (ie two couples, three couples). You only get one pair with this one. So far the magnets are holding up well and haven't fallen off, but they have the advantage of being easy to find if they fall into your shirt. I like how the collar is kept under control for a professional look.
