Update: Had to slide back the thick lid on each noodle to reveal the red button to detach it from the connected noodle to do everything. Traaasch! It's easy to assemble, which is the only plus point because disassembling is (in my case) not an option. I try and train more trying to loosen or pull them apart than what they're actually supposed to be used for. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I can't analyze it. White inscriptions / drawings of symbols and names will be erased from your fingers. In fact, the hula hoop doesn't even give a good swing for 5 seconds. And if he falls, watch your knuckles! I hit mine 2 times and now it's swollen. All waste of money. There are better, more legal products that are worth the money. That's not for me!
