Review on TYC 700113 Replacement Blower Assembly by Ryan Nguyen

This device was intended to replace the original (due to bearing damage). To free up the space needed to remove the old unit and install the new unit, you must first remove the right front rocker plastic panel and then the right front panel cover. The hardest part was removing the kick panel cover without breaking the top anchor tab. You have to bypass various wiring harnesses to uninstall/reinstall them. The fit was perfect. So far so good (no more bearing noise) and this unit comes with the fan drum already installed (saves the hassle of removing the fan from the old unit and reinstalling it in the new unit). From what I've read, fan motor failure is common on Acura/Honda.
