I like that it's easy to use and set-up. It has all of my favorite features in one place with great customer service! There is nothing we dislike about this software so far. We are using it as an internal tool at our organization but would also love to see them expand their offerings into more enterprise marketplaces such as Slack or Microsoft 365 (Office365). This way we can connect with other companies who have similar needs and be able to collaborate together. Our customers know they can count on us because we provide them with everything they need from CRM to SDRs to onboarding/training and more. The benefits include having all of these things under one roof as well as being able to track performance throughout each step of the process.
