Eh, they're okay good for me
These cooling pads are just okay? They weren't terrible but not really worth the price for them. They don't stay cold long and even the intensity of cold is fairly low. My body heats these puppy's up in under 15 minutes so they don't really last that long. I know your only supposed to ice for about 20 minutes but I dont even think these get to the level where you'd need to worry about that. Nice cool pad but not that great. Super hard to pop open to mix the ingredients to make them cold. Had to get my husband to do it every single time 😅

- Can be a challenge to wear while using the restroom
