Pros: Fairly easy to assemble (I read the manual) So far it has great suction and is easy to clean. Picks up pet hair very well, there was a lot of fine dust in the dust/dirt bin when I emptied it so that's good. 3 cats and 2 labradors in my house and they are all indoor/outdoor critters. The power head works well. I've read people have trouble tipping it over. It hasn't happened to me and it moves easily. All the details fit together, there are no gaps, nothing complicated can be disassembled. I really like that it's bagless. minuses; The box was badly damaged when it arrived, I think it's the courier's fault. There were two broken pieces, one was a tool box on board to store accessories (I don't think this could have happened during transport), another broken piece of plastic that came from somewhere and still trying to figure out what it was for heard There is a big dent on the tank itself (it's plastic, I think it's a manufacturing issue). A long flat rubber insert has been attached to the long floor nozzle for something (picture does not show where it is used). The crevice nozzle is quite small. I just assumed (my fault) that the motorized head would have height adjustment. I've been using a Kenmore canister for 20 years. So to vacuum the carpets (7ft long) I have to put a chair at the end or sit one of the dogs on it so it doesn't get sucked in. I think it's good that she sucks so well, more is better than less. So far so good, I didn't find the noise level that loud, my Kenmore was much louder. I didn't use any furniture/stairs so I won't comment on that. It generates quite a bit of static electricity when in use, I guess a little shock every now and then isn't that big of a deal. I didn't rate durability or value for money because I don't have a crystal ball to tell me how long this vacuum will last. I give 3 stars for the quality of the material just because of the broken parts and I can't figure out where it's going and the dents ________________________________________________ Well I've had this vacuum for a little over a year. The powerhead stopped working, the vacuum motor started to overheat and made a loud piercing squeak, to the point I just unplugged it. The power head was almost impossible to detach from the head so part of the hose could be used, had to put both feet upside down and pull to press the release button. I think you get what you pay for.
