Review on ASUS USB BT500 Bluetooth Backward Compatible by Dustin Citizen

When using Bluetooth hearing aids: Sound quality is good. The sound has been synchronized with the speech. But the audio was interrupted, usually at least once a minute. I have Windows 10 Pro and have been working with an ASUS rep to get it working to no avail. Also, the Bluetooth range is about 10 feet, which is a lot less than the 20-30 feet I get with other Bluetooth devices. My guess is that since the key is much smaller than usual, the radio transmitting antenna inside is very small and therefore has a short range. I spent some time getting it to work but I gave up and had to return it. I did not receive a replacement and will try to get a key from another manufacturer. I was impressed with the online service I received from ASUS.
