I love how easy it is to use, they have very helpful customer support staff who will help you with anything! It's hard sometimes finding someone familiar when something goes wrong but their team always gets back quickly if there was any issue at all during my stay or event planning process!! The only thing i dislike about them now would be having more options for payment methods so people could pay easier without using credit cards etc which can cause issues depending where your business operates from (e-commerce).
If anyone wants an excellent experience booking out of town accommodation then definitely go through EmC 3. They make everything run smoothly no matter what time zone/countryside location its being done remotely via video chat - really makes life much simpler than trying get hotels rooms booked online yourself :) You won't regret going this route once things start getting busy around end summer / early fall season dates. !
