I LOVE this book. I don't know why I didn't get one a year ago. It's so easy to keep organized. I used to just use the check carrier as my "book" and it was always a mess. It has two pen holders so I don't keep losing pens in the apron. I keep my travel bank in a zip pocket, use the other pocket for daily cash payments (easily separate the money I have everyday to change/break big bills from the cash I collect everyday for sales and tips ) and still have a separate slot for credit card receipts and another slot to pin my order bar to the server. And the little see-through window is a great spot for a draft beer list or something else I need to refer to frequently during a shift (if you're a unit leader, this pocket would be a handy place to keep your map). . When I ordered it I was concerned that the book would be too thick to keep in my apron pocket, which is not the case. Despite having so many organization and storage options, this piece doesn't even come close to taking up all the space in my apron pocket. However, it's a bit bulky. So if you're in the habit of keeping a few cashier's checks full of cash/signed receipts off your desks with pens, you probably won't have much extra room in your apron for all of that. So every time you close you have to spend 30 seconds collecting cash and receipts from check makers and getting those issuers back into circulation.
