I think they broke my printer.
My printer stopped while printing shortly after inserting the black cartridge. It just hung and I turned off the printer. When I turn it back on I just see a black grid all over the screen and it never loads. My printer is HP M454dw and the screen gets stuck with a black grid and doesn't respond or change. It will be stuck on this screen for several days. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply. I would definitely appreciate it being brought back and made to work.
