The simplicity is what I like best about this software! It's so easy that even my grandma could use it without help or training (although she did need some time).

They can also customize their own fields with very little effort which makes data entry much easier than other similar programs out there today such as Xero/Quickbooks Online etc.. There are many bugs here &there but we've been using them since 2005 when they first came onto market back then - no problems yet ;) We're able solve most customer issues ourselves by simply logging into our dashboard via web browser instead going through phone support line only if needed :) This program really helps us keep track off orders being placed online vs those coming directly thru store locations / retail outlets where cashiers have trouble keeping up wtih inventory levels while working during peak hours.
