Review on Pandexio by Josh Koa

The team at pandEx was very helpful in helping me get up an running quickly from scratch as I had no previous experience using this type of software or working remotely. I really like how easy they made things seem by giving great tutorials/helpful links before we even got started! My only dislike would be having less than ideal hours for them to work during normal business days - sometimes you need someone there when your clients are expecting support. We used their helpdesk function heavily while getting our setup done so if nothing else gets fixed around those times, they can't do much about it because customers will have issues. They also helped us build custom reports that were more tailored towards what I needed without any problems.
