Avoid this keyboard and look for another one

Overall I don't recommend this keyboard for beginners or anyone in general. Here is my experience.1. Cheap Switches Outemu's switches were very poor and flimsy. While they are hot-swappable, I wouldn't recommend unplugging them as you will damage them. Actuation is also pretty bad.2. Cheap Keycaps Removing the keycaps with the included keycap remover will scratch the sides of the keycaps. Leads me to believe these are not PBT shot caps. In general, they look very flimsy and cheap.3. A mysterious whistle near the house key and battery when the LEDs are on. When the LEDs were on, there was a high-pitched howl that was more audible when plugged in. possibly defective.4. Annoying ping when typing. The plate where the switches are located is metal, which causes a ping when tapped. You hear less with headphones, but I would advise against it in the office. After paying 80, I would like to see some kind of light attenuation. LED Color Accuracy White looks like light blue and orange looks like red. Not too much of an issue, but when I paid $80 for a keyboard I expected something even a $30 board could afford. Pros: 1. The wrist rest that comes with it is good and I like it. The fact that it's magnetic is really nice.2. macro keys. I copy and paste a lot for work and this is a really nice feature. The volume wheel and other macro keys are also nice, programming is not difficult.3. Wireless and networked worked perfectly. So no disruptions or serious delays. Neutral: 1. Software. A bit fiddly but useful. Overall: I wouldn't recommend this as it doesn't offer basic keyboard functionality. Switches, keycaps and everything else is $80. I recommend getting a 60% or 65% keyboard for 30 and buying more premium TKL if you have enough savings. After spending $80-100 on a keyboard, it should at least be usable. I really wanted to like the board, but if you're thinking of buying this one, replace the switches and keycaps. Either way, look at 130+ and you can choose a more reputable brand like GMMK.
