The 120 volt switch is defective
Both 120 volt on/off switches are defective on this unit. When pressed, the screw head slowed down and fell into the block. Both sides broke equally in the one position. Before that, the device worked fine, about 5 months, and the USB still works, only the 120V AC switches are poor. Let's see if it covers the 1 year warranty and update if it returns. Otherwise I liked the device.
