I'm 5'7" about 160 pounds, I ordered size XL and I love it. I ordered a size larger than I needed and it does shrink a bit when you put it in the wash and dry so it was just perfect. Order one size larger. The material is light but keeps you warm. The only questionable thing I found about this product is that the material is kind of see-through. I ordered white and if I was in black underwear you could see the outlines, but if you're wearing white underwear or a thong it's ok. I got this because I was looking for cheaper but good quality tie-dye jogging pants and the color itself wasn't very good because this product is mostly polyester, but I still like the quality of these pants and I still will wear. And I'm ordering a second pair in a different color.
