Dissatisfied! in cables and adapters

I ordered this because it is exactly what I was looking for! It should be a 10a-250 6 foot cable. As soon as I opened the main bag I looked at it and it was 10a-125! Not even what I ordered! Very dissatisfied because I now have to wait a few more days for a replacement from someone else.
