Flexible, understanding staff and always responsive

I like that they are flexible in how we can communicate about our upcoming shows! They have been really helpful when trying to figure out what works best for us as far as communication goes (or lack thereof). Their website is not very intuitive - it's confusing at times figuring things through their site rather than just going straight into an email or chat window where answers would be quicker/easier found. We've used them since before there was even such thing as "social media" so I'm sure this has changed but if its possible try working directly from within one of those channels instead of having to navigate multiple sites. Trying to get accurate estimates early enough to book rooms without losing money due to being too late.

  • Ease with which you'll receive quotes & information via emails, phone calls etc.,
  • Great customer service team who work hard behind scenes making all happen smoothly :)
Cons
  • It'd help me tremendously more info available online.
  • Website layout could use some updates
  • Some areas
