The first thing that surprised me when I saw this item was how small it is. I feel like it would be better served for a child. I'm a petite female and this thing is kind of tight on my wrist. I ordered the LONG and it measures three by four inches. The pic makes this item look rectangular bNotut is more square shaped. really sure what I can fit in this thing. I expected it to at least be longer and I don't see how this could possibly be comfortable on an adult man's wrist. All the photos of the ripped ones are probably being used by men because it would have to stretch so much to fit over their wrists. It's made out of a sweatband material. Not sure if I'll keep it because I was kind of looking for something bigger
