The ease of use, it is very user friendly for both new users as well seasoned veterans! It's also great that you can search by specialty if need be or even location to find your perfect fit right away without having many options at first glance like with other software out there (i know this isn't an option but just saying). I wish they had more support staff available during business hours so we could have questions answered quicker than waiting until after work time when most people are sleeping/eating dinner etc.. We've been able solve some issues quickly through their help desk which has helped us get back up & running faster then expected!!
