Relaxation PLUS Pain Relief
I recently added these flakes to my foot spa. I often take foot baths because my heel hurts from playing tennis. It was way better than regular Epsom salts because while it was relaxing like Epsom salts, it had the added benefit of relieving my pain and improving the quality of my sleep that night. Can't wait to try it in a full bath! I definitely recommend trying these cereals. On top of that, the company is super responsive and helpful. Great customer service!
