Review on Resgrid by Scott Ramu

My favorite feature about this software was being able find exactly what I needed when it came time for training or hiring new people! It really helped me cut down my searching through websites that didn't have everything i need right away (or even at all.) Sometimes there are some bugs but they usually get fixed pretty quick so keep track of updates from them regularly & you should be good!! We use resgird mostly as an HR tool with payroll/benefits functions though we do also utilize other aspects such as recruitment too. I like the ability to track time worked, hours worked, time off, time not worked, calls, and other information. It is a bit clunky to use. It's a bit difficult to navigate. It's hard to pull up a report without the need to navigate through pages and pages of information to get to the report you want. It's a good tool to use, just take some time to learn it. I am able to view hours worked and other information about my department quickly.
