I have original linoleum that was installed in 1928. It's shabby but I like it. I want to keep it as long as possible. The regular polishes I used kept the floor looking nice for a day or two, but then quickly wore off. It looks like my floor is really soaking up the polish and asking for more. I have used products with a two month guarantee but they wore out after three days. I figured I'd give it a shot of real wax - it wouldn't hurt. I love Holloway products even if their floor polish is short lived. I applied it last night - 3 coats. It was very easy once I realized I was waxing the mop and not the floor. (It forms small rows of bubbles when sprayed directly onto the floor.) It dries in 30 minutes, requires no buffing, and leaves floors sparkling by this afternoon. (Don't laugh - previous treatments are now beginning to fade.) I hope this lasts for a long time. It's not difficult to use, but deleting everything can be a bit of a bug shooter. I'll post later how it went.
