This is probably a good thing for listening to music, but not a means of communication.

Returned. didn't really work. The Bluetooth connection was not always available. The left earbud was worse than the right. Not charged or connected. Reset each time to connect both parts. The person on the other side wants to hear. Delay, echo in sound. That's probably good for listening to music, but not for a communication device.
