I baked 6 dozen of these mini cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They were easy to take apart and fill into muffin cases. They held up well and didn't stick to the cupcake tin, so they were very easy to take out after cooling. They were easy to separate from the cake for eating, which parents had to help little ones with that part, and not because of the baking pans, but simply because of the little ones' overall learning curve. Would order them again as they are great value for the number of baking cups you get.
