I must have been lucky. My bladder doesn't leak, although I have to say the taste of rubber is there. I "borrowed" some plastic hooks from another bladder system that go very well with this hydrator. the black fabric around the hose looks nice and keeps you warm in the cold. Paintball slime is very easy to wash off. I bought a good military hydration pack with MOLLE from SDS and had no problems. It holds plenty of fluid and the nipple doesn't leak when I move. Five stars if it wasn't for the rubbery taste.
