Worst Bluetooth device I've ever bought. Some days it connected and some days it showed a connection but there was no sound in the headset. If it connected and played audio (which is very low quality) they would randomly lose the connection. When listening to music, audiobooks, or other sounds, the headset speakers are muted for a short time. Long enough to lose a word or a few notes. Extremely disruptive and annoying. This headset is also very large! It felt like I was wearing headphones around my neck. Sent back for a refund. Spent more and resorted to a reliable LG headset.
