Runs small but the material is nice.
Not true to size. If your are curvy or on the bigger size it’s going to be small and the skirt will be short in the back. The material feels very nice but the bows are not sewn on. It comes separately and you have to use a safety pin to pin it on. It does come with the red ribbons but you have to tie the bells on the hair ribbons. I wish it was true to size or there were bigger sizes.
