The mascara originally delivered arrived dry, after contacting the seller they sent a new one in priority without returning the defective product. While I like the formula, I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the wand; The bristles are plastic, long and seem spiky to my liking. It's not a wet formula so it's easy to use and not messy at all. It can also be built, I didn't find it clunky. I bought this particular mascara because I like the drier formula, quite comfortable, plastic bristles and lengthening effect. It doesn't offer a lot of volume, but overall it's a great buy.
