The ability to have real-time access of all documents for our clients without having them stored locally or online! This means that we can create any document format needed (word / excel) from anywhere at anytime which saves us so much work when creating contracts etc.. There are some quirks but these do not affect my daily job as it's very simple once you get used too this system - I use about 90% text only emails/documents via alphalogyx everyday now. It makes life easier by reducing email traffic between offices around Australia & NZ where there may be different office hours and contact details available during business days vs weekend times. We also save money through reduced printing costs because everything goes straight into one central repository rather than many people storing paper copies everywhere they go instead.- No more wasted trips back home just getting files off USB sticks!! Not sure how good their support would compare against other vendors out here? They haven't really provided anything specific yet though i.
