I am 5"6" and weigh around 150lbs so I opted to choose the Large size leggings. I bought the black side pocket ones and loved it. I bought these leggings because I wanted to see how my butt was going to look but I feel like it doesn't make a lot of difference if your butt doesn't have volume at the top. The scrunch up part just sits there but towards the bottom it did make my butt stand out. Even though the top didnt make much difference, i don't think it looked bad on me. Also, the side pockets were very useful as I could fit my phone in there and carry it around. The material of the leggings was soft and not at all transparent. I liked it very much. They were very comfortable.
