Use in the home kitchen. Bought after last Christmas. Not until this Thanksgiving. I would come back but too much time has passed. Problems: too heavy. Despite the fact that I have strong, large hands, it is very difficult to hold the tool, pull and pull the trigger when lifting and cutting. The blades are too weak and try to bend. It doesn't have a trigger lock, making it even more difficult to use. The blades constantly collect meat between them, which leads to a slowdown in work and jamming of the tool.
