Review on 🌞 TruKid Sunny Sunscreen Lotion Mineral: Optimal Protection for Sun-filled Days by Emily Quintana

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easier to apply than others

I have bought and tried all the different 1 or 2 rated sunscreens on the EWG list over the past 3 years. The easiest to grate is Thrukids Daily. Some others required a lot of rubbing and whining to avoid looking like clown paint. Seems to be working, no burns so far and only the faintest tan lines. Trukid Sport is harder to rub in, but will hold up in salt water. We spent a week in Maui doing exercise at 8am and again at 1pm. After spending the whole day surfing and being outdoors, no one in my family got burned and the tan was minimal. I'm pretty sure it worked. Exercising takes a little effort to wash it off at the end of the day. While this brand may seem easier to apply than other "healthy" sunscreens, it's still not as easy to apply as other sunscreens and sprays that contain chemicals. Learning about other more difficult to apply sunscreens has definitely helped my kids appreciate this brand. It gets expensive if you use it every day. I would like it to be cheaper, albeit on a larger scale.
