UPDATE: The CameraKing seller sent me a new Moza MX Mini. It works great without the previously mentioned problems. No gimbal movement no matter what I try. Tried several times to update the firmware via the app without success. After the second one arrived I contacted the company several times and tried everything they had to offer. Downloaded and older version of their app. The problem seems to be that when following the steps to update the firmware, when the gimbal enters update mode, it turns off the bluetooth and disconnects with the phone and the app. I believe this is an issue with Andriod phones, but I don't see how it couldn't be an issue for Apple iOS phones as well. No matter what they tried, the drive shaft would not move. I'm using a Note 10+ with Andriod 9, which I upgraded to Andriod 10 during this test. The Genie app, both new and old, worked great for capturing videos. The company tried to be helpful but in the end they were unable to successfully resolve the issue to make it work for me. Other stabilizers work without using the manufacturer's application, but you cannot use functions such as start mode, interval shooting, etc.
