I'll start with what I'm going to say. I didn't have all the problems that were so much talked about. The product has arrived and everything is fine. The directions are simple and to the point. No rocket science putting six pieces together. The bolts fit perfectly and the basket fits like a glove. I didn't have to deal with that person or anything. A second pair of hands to help hold the sides up in the beginning is a real help! If you think you're going to take it into the bushes, then yes, the rear small wires can get tangled in the bushes. I personally had no problems with it at all. The tailgate folds down and is very handy when you need a platform to change chainsaw blades or the like. Yes, the color is a bit light. It is not powder coated like the bumpers. So repaint it in any color you like. If you want to customize your ATV! It is beaten. It's a basket! All in all I love the damn thing. Works perfectly. Built-in descent! Does what it's supposed to and doesn't break the budget. .To update! Went to Lowe's and bought zip ties from the electronics department. Big Blacks. They have a breaking load of 175 pounds. Uses 6 cable ties on the rack. Works great instead of U-bolts! Set up and take down takes less time if you want to ride and don't need a luggage rack. Use more if you feel the need, but 6 worked great for me.
