In my experience,Buzzingo has been very helpful in all aspects of our marketing strategy; from content creation to monitoring performance and reporting results back up to executives for decision-making purposes. The platform offers very flexible options for customization so you can be sure every team member will have an individualized view into their own area's data as well as other areas within your business (e.g., sales vs customer service). They are always willing to work with us to adapt it how we need - which I appreciate! There isn't anything specific about buzzin that makes me dislike them or not recommend them completely. If nothing else they've helped make sense out of what was previously chaos when managing multiple accounts across various platforms like Twitter/Facebook etc.
