It became Fail. Food residue gets into deeper and narrower dishes, mainly cups and glasses, and is not removed. There were even fingerprints on the glasses. When the same items are on the bottom shelf, they usually come clean. As alternatives, I considered other reasons: lack of rinse aid, broken dishwasher, etc. In my elderly parents' house, tasks rotate and not all follow the same routine. Not so, I brought Cascade from home and the dishes are clean. What happened?
