I like how easy it is to use this software - you can easily filter through your issues or pull requests in order to get to what you need. Sometimes my team has problems filtering through the list so I find myself having to do that instead of using the tool. Sometimes there isn't enough options for sorting the data which makes it difficult to find a specific issue quickly. If you want to help your team with issues/pull requests then I would recommend this product. We have been able to solve our problem of finding and resolving issues quicker than before.
