I can't tell you how long it took me to assemble the helmet. I had to do it on the first try (after my husband tried) because I just didn't have the time. Putting two pieces together is incredibly difficult as there are multiple connection points that need to be perfectly aligned before they snap into place. Because it's a flexible plastic, the dots don't stay in line and it takes a lot of force to move the pieces. together to lock once aligned. It was so embarrassing. The helmet was one of the reasons we chose this suit for the school presentation. And it was a hit, I will say, but it was so hard to put together and I'm just glad I had the time to sit down for it. The sweater is fine, but it is see-through. So be prepared to wear something underneath. My son wore skinny jeans and a t-shirt underneath.
