So far very happy with the birthday gift. Many pockets with plenty of storage space and easy removal. Shoulder strap perfect length. I read a lot of reviews that the straps and front are not real leather, it's still a very stylish bag and it's well made, love this bag. The only negative comment, the tassels were a little twisted when I wear them, they seem to be taking shape. Excellent purchase!
