Very nicely made comb - very, very smooth! - and packed in a nice cardboard box. I was able to use this comb on my thigh length hair wet or dry. The teeth are quite close together but still very strong. The wooden frame is surprisingly smooth (not varnished but carefully sanded), the wood has a great grain and its shape fits the hand perfectly. The design is gently curved to follow the shape of the head. It's not "cheeky" but has an understated elegance that will suit both men and women alike. I definitely recommend this product. Too bad I didn't get some stockings for the good stuff.
