Great puffs but torn very easily!

Once you get your hands on these things, you'll realize they're awesome. There were no instructions but after reading all the reviews we were able to figure it out. Pull carefully. The plastic cord should stay in place. The best way is to gently lick two fingers and pull them away from the center like you are peeling tissue paper. It's just tissue paper and tears easily.
