There wasn't a manual with mine. Don't waste your money. Some reviews complain about the fit and some say it's an "okay" fit. I took a chance because I seen everyone's pictures and videos. It doesn't fit. I cover my nose and it barely reaches my chin. I pull it down to cover my chin and it's touching the end of my nose. So if you wear this at night then it won't cover all & keep you warm. It looks perfect on my little niece. Why take a chance if some masks fit some adults and some would only fit a child. Good lights. The technology product inside the mask moves around. Another little technology piece hangs out the side so you got to keep hiding it on the inside of mask.
