are amazing. was very skeptical. I just didn't think of the price. This turned out to be one of the best things I found to help my minions. 10/10 Chew/Bite Plate The bite plate is much better than the gums sold by smiledirectclub as well as a few others that I have found and tried here on Amazon. The Pul bite block is firm, provides enough support for the new retainers to bite into, and the block itself can be moved away from the hole. The puller is way better than what they gave me. it seems less intrusive and much easier to use. The shape is more ergonomic and portable. In summary, I got this specifically for the bite. (will get more) the remover was a bonus for me. it helps a lot. I hope I never accidentally remove my braces and gum piece again. fits in a purple case that the smiledirectclub gave us along with fixatives. (may need to move the chew/bite thing) Surprise 10 out of 10 from me. it gives me a reason to show off my new smile 😊
