Review on πŸ”Œ BambuMate Bamboo Multi-Device Charging Station with 7 Slots - Wood Dock for Phones, Tablets, Laptops & More (No Hub included) by Justin Reese

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good idea, needs revision...

After my last hike I had quite a few things to recharge: phone, kindle, small flashlights and flashlights. So I realized the solution was at hand when Vine offered me this five-port bamboo charging station. Well, something like that. It's beautiful and comfortably holds both phones and Kindles in the slots. Lanterns and flashlights can be placed right next to the box. The PROBLEM, for me at least, is that the cables are designed for Apple products, as another reviewer pointed out. You can still use the product cable (Android phone, Kindle…) and plug it into the USB port. It should be much clearer on the Revain Bamboo webpage that the cables are for Apple products (they make a poor attempt at prefixing '1' before products instead of 'i'). While it works for me, I have to give them one star So 4 stars.

Pros
  • CREATIVE DESIGN UPDATE - Magnetic base - ensure the charging station is easy to assemble and disassemble. The compact and space-saving design allows you to hide any cables, splitters or USB hubs. Tidy cable storage. MULTIFUNCTIONAL AND EFFICIENT ORGANIZATION: The bamboo USB charging station is great for your office, living room, bedroom, kitchen or any countertop.
Cons
  • Some shortcomings
