Review on SwaddleMe Original Swaddle - Size Small, 0-3 Months, 2-Pack (Sleepy Forest): The Perfect Snug Wrap for Newborns by Carrie Anderson

This is great for not having to fiddle with a muslin swaddle blanket. The size is slightly smaller than indicated in the size chart. Our newborn was 8.5 pounds and 20.75 inches, so size S/M fitted right away. A month later he's 22.5 inches tall and weighs just over 10 pounds and is already pretty tight. We've washed and tumble dried it, so it may have shrunk a little (but honestly, who has time to hang baby clothes out to dry?). We went ahead and ordered a larger one. Compared to the Halo sleeping bag that we also used initially in fleece material, I prefer the Halo a bit more as it is roomier at the bottom so the legs and hips have more freedom of movement, and the zipper and its Zelcro system are not so loud. We also have Halo in the next size up, also in fleece because it's still winter here. Pros: easy to use breathable material (cotton) cute prints tight fit / tight nappy Cons: runs a bit smaller than the size chart says velcro is noisy (may wake up a baby who has just fallen asleep)
