Update 2/5: The company contacted me and sent me a new belt better than the previous one. I'm updating because the replacement strap works as advertised. I advise against buying this belt. I have bought several ratchet or click straps over the last year and this is by far the worst I have ever bought. The belt does not stay closed. At first I thought it was a problem with the buckle so I replaced the buckles with a different belt. It does not help. The other belt with this buckle works fine, but this belt with the other buckle still won't snap into place. The grooves on this belt used to secure the buckle are too short. It works great when standing still, but if you move in any way the strap will loosen. If you had the choice, I would choose a different brand.
