So far, so good. I couldn't find replacement parts for the broken ones on my Costco leather high back office chair until I found this leg base. The seller didn't sell me replacement parts after the warranty expired because I didn't get a proof of purchase as a gift. Now I've found this wheelbase and it looks solid. The plastic parts that came with my chair have broken three times so I'm very happy to buy something really high quality. I recommend using the 2" 8T8 wheels I have as they prevent wheelbase breakage. not against manufacturer specifications like 3" rollerblades as they are manufactured with the wheel center closer to the wheel stem. This reduces the pressure on the wheel shaft to factory specifications for office chair wheels. Because the larger the wheel, the more pressure pushes the wheel stem away from the vertical. The underside of the wheel stem presses from the vertical to the center of the wheel and away from the vertical in the opposite direction over the wheel stem. Glass top so they last longer and perform better. All three products work great together.
