This bag is a complete disappointment .As my tests showed, it cannot even hold basic essentials without falling apart. The strap is uncomfortable and leaves a mark on the shoulder. The only positive is that it has a cute design. However, in the world of women's fashion, function should come before aesthetics. I would not recommend this bag to anyone..
