I like this article. I didn't realize how awkward the new MacBook Pro was in terms of outlet shape. The crowd is impressive but the shape is odd. However, it is the ideal purchase to place on the left or right side of a MacBook Pro (I recommend the left as the right has a headphone slot which is difficult to reach when this item is plugged in on that side). The sockets for this device work properly. The only problem I see is not with this item or the MacBook, but that the item will not connect if you add a cover (plastic, metal, etc.) to your MacBook Pro. You have to remove the ground every time you connect it. Again, this isn't the fault of this element, but it's a factor that the manufacturer will hopefully take into account for the next model. Worth buying!
