I ordered them three times

I decided to update my wardrobe and make uniform hangers. Choosing a hanger turned into a project. I bought about 10 different types before settling on this one. I bet I spent $100 on a purchase and then donated hangers I didn't like. I have ordered these hangers 3 times in 2 years. What I love about them: Plastic hooks that won't scratch the faux bronze cabinet shelf or squeak when I squeeze them; thinnest profile I've found but strong enough not to sag or warp under weight; Rubber grips that hold clothes but don't get in the way when inserting a hanger into crew-neck tops. What I didn't like: I wish the inside edges were solid just for the looks, but that would also make them heavier and more expensive, and I wish they were cheaper. What I didn't like about other hangers I've tried: Plain tubular plastic. (from Walmart): The clothes fell down. Flocked hangers: the felt cover was not waterproof (so not suitable for hanging dry laundry) and came off after a few years; also unreliable, and the hooks came loose on about a third of the hangers in normal everyday use. Plastic tubular construction with large notches for holding straps: the hangers would get ridiculously tangled when the shirt was hanging or when empty. Suit hangers with belt hooks: get tangled and take up more space on the hanger. Large, fully rubberized hangers (white and teal): thin, more flexible than the Gumby, and could not easily put clothes on. Z-shape, convenient on a hanger: thin; easy to put on but also easy to tear off when browsing between peaks; didn't like the way my clothes hung on them. There are no more examples because I submitted them as soon as possible.
